The positive feedback from our programs demonstrates our success
in: Reducing injury, lowering risk and exposure to claims,
reducing tensions in the work environment and providing confidence that
clients are given proper treatment with concern and respect. Are
these results significant to your practices? |
Our Experience
Monmouth County Juvenile Detention Center
Records indicate that 450+ workers compensation days occurred in the
year prior to giving the course and only 150 days in the following year.
Chicago Juvenile Center
Two of the Juvenile shelters adopted our crisis intervention system as
a policy. The third did not and experienced four times the number of
critical incidents as the other two shelters combined. Child
Diagnostic Center at Woodbridge
This is a 50-bed coed residential diagnostic center for emotionally
disturbed adolescents with 60 civil service staff members. The training
program was evaluated over a six-year period. The results revealed that
no clients were injured by staff and a total of five cumulative work days
were lost to a single staff member. That equals less than one day per
year!
