Four easy ways to register for training:
Online:
Search for and select the class you want to participate
in, add the class to your cart including information
for each participant, and checkout.
Phone:
Call Safe Physical Management at 732-922-6462.
Fax:
Fill out the online registration form and when
you get to the checkout process print out your information and fax it
to SPM at 732-922-1686.
Mail:
Fill out the online registration form and when you get to the

Payment Options
We accept checks or credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express
and Discover)
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellation notice received up to 14 days prior to
date of program.
- Fifty percent cancellation penalty for notice less than 14 working
days and more that 5 working days prior to date.
- No refund for cancellation notice before 5 working days prior to
date of program.
